Mkomazi National Park is a hidden gem in Tanzania, known for its rich biodiversity and scenic landscapes. Bird enthusiasts can enjoy a picnic lunch at designated picnic sites, often situated in scenic locations. After lunch, visitors can visit the African Wild Dog Project, where rare and endangered predators are actively protected and bred for release into the wild. The park offers more game drives or optional guided nature walks, allowing visitors to get closer to the flora and smaller fauna of the park. As the day winds down, a final game drive is undertaken to spot any missed wildlife, providing excellent opportunities for photography and game viewing.
