Discover how the volcanic soil, minimal rainfall, and ancient, ungrafted vines shape the character and minerality of Santorini's iconic grapes, including Assyrtiko, Athiri, Aidani, three indigenous white grape varieties, alongside with Mavrotragano and Mandilaria, two indigenous red grape varieties, completing the local wine puzzle.
