French Cooking Class in Paris

In this class you can choose between learning techniques to prepare a steak and a sauce, or a classic French ragout, such as beef bourguignon or veal blanquette.
For dessert, we’ll make together the most commonly used dough – “pate à choux” and pastry cream.
Enjoy a three course meal including starter, choice of main dish, dessert (which we made ourselves!), plus a glass of wine. Available for small parties or private classes. Several packages offered; ask us about details or custom arrangements. Service provided in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French!
