DAY 1: Breakfast at the hotel. We will begin our exploration at 8:30 AM. The morning of the first day welcomes you with the majesty of Angkor. Experience your first impact by crossing the South Gate of Angkor Thom, entering the ancient city under the imposing gaze of the 54 deities and 54 demons. Then, let yourself be observed by the 216 enigmatic smiling faces of the Bayon, a mystery carved into stone. The climb to the majestic Baphuon, temple-mountain symbolizing Mount Meru, will give you a unique perspective, before strolling through the ruins of the royal palace of Phimeanakas, enveloped by legends of the naga, the sacred serpent. The morning continues walking where public ceremonies once took place, on the Terrace of the Elephants and the Terrace of the King Leprosy, imagining the lavish processions of the past; discover two small symmetrical jewels: Thommanon & Chau Say Tevoda, perfect for capturing warm light. You will then visit the imposing and mysterious Ta Keo, a temple intentionally left unfinished, and the famous Ta Prohm, where gigantic tree roots embrace the walls in a surreal spectacle, made iconic by the movie Tomb Raider. After a free lunch at a local restaurant, the afternoon reaches its peak with a visit to the national symbol: Angkor Wat. Get lost among its incredible bas-reliefs that tell epic stories and face the steep climb to the central tower for a breathtaking view. The day concludes with the most classic panorama: sunset from Phnom Bakheng.

Itinerary for 2 days at Angkor Day 1: Guided tour with Italian speaking guide Breakfast at the hotel. We will start our tour at 8:30 am with a visit to Angkor Wat, exploring its history-rich galleries. We will then visit Angkor Thom: The South Gate with its rows of deities and demons, the enigmatic smiles of the Bayon, the pyramid of Baphuon and the Royal Enclosure with the Phimeanakas, the Terraces of the Elephants and the Terrace of the Leper King. Free lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon we will discover the spectacular Ta Prohm (the one from Tomb Raider), concluding with Banteay Kdei and the terrace of Sras Srang. Day 2: Guided tour with Italian speaking guide Breakfast at the hotel. We will begin our exploration at 8:30 am by venturing into the Grand Circuit. We will discover the imposing Pre Rup, a majestic mountain temple; the mysterious dry basins of the Eastern Mebon; the fascinating Ta Som, whose ruins are enveloped by centuries-old roots; the unique island sanctuary of Neak Poan; and the evocative historical passages of Preah Khan, where every stone holds secrets of the past.
