3D2N - Explore Tumpak Sewu, Bromo, & Ijen

TOUR ITINERARY Day 1: Malang - Tumpak Sewu  and Kapas Biru - Waterfalls Adventure - Malang To avoid the crowds, we'll start our adventure early in the morning at 5:00 AM from Malang. We'll take a scenic drive of about 2 hours to reach Tumpak Sewu Waterfall. Once there, you'll be captivated by the stunning beauty of the waterfall. Imagine a massive waterfall cascading down a steep cliff, surrounded by lush greenery. It's a truly breathtaking sight! To get a closer look, we'll hike down a steep trail to the base of the waterfall. Be prepared for a little bit of a workout, but the view is definitely worth it. From there, you can capture the perfect photo of Tumpak Sewu, Nirwana Cliff, and the beautiful blue lake. After exploring the waterfall, we'll continue our adventure with a short hike called Kapas Biru waterfall. It's a peaceful trail that winds through the forest, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. At the end of the day, we'll head back to Malang for the night. If you have some free time in the evening, you can visit a nearby heritage village. It's located just 100 meters from your hotel and offers a glimpse into the local culture and history. Overnight stay: Whys prime hotel or Trio Indah 2 Malang  Day 2: Malang - Mt Bromo Jeep Sunrise Tour - Bondowoso We'll pick you up at 12:30 AM. Make sure you're ready to go with everything you need. After a 2.5-hour drive, we'll reach Cemara Lawang village near Bromo Mountain. We'll switch to a Jeep and drive up Mount Pananjakan, a high place with amazing views. Before sunrise, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and a snack. Then, the Jeep will take us to Bromo Mountain. You can ask the driver to stop for pictures along the way. Or, we can park near a temple and walk up the mountain, It takes about 30 minutes, There are steps !!!. Horses and jackets are available for rent if you prefer. When you're finished, we'll return to Cemara Lawang village for breakfast. After that, we'll drive to Bondowoso, a city near Ijen. The drive takes about 5 hours with stops for breaks and lunch. You'll stay at a hotel with a swimming pool where you can relax before your next adventure. Overnight stay: River side or Grand Paddys Bondowoso ( hotel has swimming pool )  Day 3: Ijen Trekking - Ketapang Ferry Port to Bali We'll leave your hotel at 1:00 AM and drive to Paltuding. It's a 2-hour drive with beautiful scenery. When we get to Paltuding, we'll meet our guide and get gas masks. We'll hike up Mount Ijen, which takes about 1 hour and is a pretty steep climb. At the top, you'll see the amazing Ijen Crater Lake. It's a beautiful blue color and has a lot of smoke coming from it. Please note: We can't get too close to the lake because of new rules since open September 2024. You can also watch the workers who collect sulfur from the crater. It's a very interesting sight. After visiting the crater, we'll go to a waterfall to relax. We'll also visit a coffee plantation to see how the coffee grow. Finally, we'll go to a terracotta park to see beautiful rice field and Gandrung dance statues. Then, we'll take you to Ketapang Ferry Port. From there, you can take a ferry to Bali.   Here is the estimated time for each day of your tour: Price includes: Private car with ac, friendly and English speaking driver + local guide, Jeep 4WD for your Mt. Bromo sunrise tour and village tour in Tumpak sewu, entrance fee to Bromo-Tengger-Semeru National Park, entrance fee Ijen crater lake,  2 nights accommodation in a twin/double bedroom, tours and entrance fees to all objects as listed in the itinerary, meals: 3x breakfast, Ferry ticket to Bali , mineral water and seasonal fruit. Health certificate - For Ijen hiking permit. Price does not include: Meals (Lunch and Dinner) and Travel insurance - Travel insurance is mandatory for all trip participants  before joining the tour.
