Mera Peak Climbing
Trip Overview: Mera Peak is a mountain located in the Sagarmatha region of Nepal. Standing at 6,476 meters (21,247 ft), it is classified as a trekking peak. Mera Peak has been one of the most popular destinations for peak climbing. The first successful ascent was made by Col. Jimmy Roberts and Sherpa Sen Tenzing on May 20, 1953. From the summit of Mera Peak, other Himalayan peaks such as Mount Everest, Lhotse, and Cho Oyu can be easily seen. It is the most popular among the 33 peaks of Nepal. Besides offering panoramic views, Mera Peak is also the highest peak. In fact, it's probably accurate to say that the summit of Mera Peak is the highest point in the entire Himalayas.
Annapurna Base camp trek
Trip Overview: Annapurna Base Camp Trekking is two weeks package program to worlds’ 10th highest mountain’s base with the opportunity to surround oneself with major Himalayan peaks without having to contend with extreme altitudes. The trail goes northwest from Pokhara and along themodi Khola directly north right into a natural amphitheater of highmountains with 360- degree views of Annapurna South (7219m), Annapurna III (7555m), Gangapurna (7454m) and Machhapuchhre (6993m). Similarly, with in short duration this trek provides an interesting variety of climates, vegetation and terrain - from lowland subtropical villages growing rice to alpine vegetation closer to the pass and into the sanctuary where access could be difficult in mid-winter because of snow. Those panoramic views of beautiful mountain attracts the traveler from all other the world! The lodges in the Annapurna Trekking Region are well equipped with extensive menus ranging from the typical Nepali “Dal Bhat” (rice with lentils) to pizza and Chau-Min.
