Baia's Wine is a family-owned boutique winery located in the heart of Imereti, in western Georgia. Primarily working with indigenous Imeretian grape varieties such as Tsolikouri, Tsitska, and Krakhuna, Baia's Wine follows traditional Georgian qvevri methods—fermenting and aging wines in clay vessels buried underground—while maintaining a precise, modern approach to cleanliness and balance.
