We have been producing sea salt and fleur de sel which are 100 per cent natural and retain all 82 minerals present in seawater from the Atlantic Ocean since 1905 on our site located within the protected area of the Ria Formosa lagoon just half a mile away from an unspoilt sandy beach due to its geographical location.
