The owners have created a restaurant and friendship project. Schoolmates, lovers of beauty and good food, theirs is an unconventional metropolitan space, designed to offer a personal vision of hospitality, food and wine, quality, style, and informality. Born from the redevelopment of an urban nursery, as evidenced by the imposing magnolia tree dominating the garden, BON'S presents itself as an industrial-chic urban chalet with a Roman heart and a cosmopolitan outlook. Conceived as a home, BON'S seats its guests in a 50-seat indoor lounge, which doubles in size during the summer months on the beautifully furnished outdoor terrace. Inside, a beautiful bar counter, an open-plan kitchen/workshop, large windows, a sloping roof, antique lamps, large mirrors, bare tables, leather sofas, hanging plants, and a wood and iron wine cellar/bookcase. Mediterranean cuisine, creative and personal: the menu ranges from boiled meatballs with grain breading, Leonessa mashed potatoes with citrus and vegetables with garlic, oil, chili pepper, and red shrimp carpaccio with lime; from BON'S Amatriciana with fresh mezze maniche, baked datterino tomatoes, and crispy bacon; to the beer-marinated suckling pig with smoked carrot puree and marinated cabbage; and finally, artichoke with creamed cod and mint oil. In addition to dinner, BON'S awaits you every Saturday and Sunday for brunch and lunch.
