Our wine list features both internationally awarded wines and those made from Bolivia’s traditional grape varieties—most of these hard-to-find gems aren’t typically served at restaurants. This tasting event showcases four different Bolivian wines poured right there for everyone to enjoy, paired with a platter featuring artisanal cheese and cured meats sourced locally, all expertly crafted by our chef friend. As we go through each bottle, the experience only gets better, culminating in a glass of top-tier Bolivian red wine produced using the renowned Tannat varietal.
