Accompanied by an expert guide, you will tour our fields where we will show you how we take care of every detail of the process, applying sustainable agricultural practices throughout the year: from pruning and managing the vegetation cover to natural fertilization, ecological pest control, and manual harvesting. You will learn firsthand how we protect the soil, water, and biodiversity while producing a high-quality organic EVOO that is environmentally friendly and tastes of tradition. After the tour, you will enjoy a professional extra virgin olive oil tasting, led by Adrián. You will learn to recognize the aromas, nuances, and flavors that distinguish a great EVOO, as well as the most common defects that affect its quality. We will end the experience with an oil tasting accompanied by artisan bread and seasonal fruit, in a privileged setting. You will also have the opportunity to purchase our products directly at the source.
