Bellolio is an organic farmhouse set in a beautiful 16th-century masseria, the traditional white stone country estate typical of Puglia. Surrounded by a forest of monumental olive trees and overlooking the Adriatic Sea, it lies at the foot of the last hills of Alto Salento.
