Terra Surti

Terra Surti is an historic, family-owned olive oil mill established in 1947 in the heart of Sicily. With its roots deeply embedded in respect for both land and tradition, it produces premium quality extra virgin olive oils, honeys, pestos, and conserves whilst celebrating genuine Sicilian food culture. Experiences at Terra Surti include exploring the olive mill, walking among centuries old olive trees, participating in olives harvesting sessions, learning about traditional soap making skills as well as enjoying expert led tours around the nearby Unesco World Heritage Site of Pantalica with tasting opportunities featuring regional produce and Sicillian delicacies. These sensory engaging immersion programs are designed to honor our legacy, craftmanship and showcase the vibrant flavours that define the Meditteranean way of life.
