100% artisanal sourdough bakery. We use organic Spanish flour, with no pre-mixed ingredients or artificial fillers. Everything you see here is baked fresh on site at our 60m² bakery. Our specialty are big 1kg loaves, but we bake a variety including ciabattas, baguettes and many more breads - plus pastries and traditional Spanish empanadas!
