LUM ORNG FARM to TABLE

Cambodia's first farm to table restaurant, Lum Orng, is situated in a village at the outskirts of Siem Reap, which serves as the starting point for trips to Angkor Wat. There, proprietor/chef Sothea Seng prepares fresh cuisine inspired by dishes found along the Mekong River both within and outside Cambodian borders using ingredients that are sourced seasonally from his own garden or purchased locally at markets around town.
