It's a family owned business producing biodynamic wine and cava where you can learn all about cava and sample three different types of wine. Following our visit to Eudald Massana Noya, just ten minutes down the road lies our next stop - a fifth generation bodega (wine house) offering both food & drink pairings featuring three tastings accompanied by traditional regional snacks using locally sourced ingredients like tortilla española, pan con tomate y aceite de oliva virgen extra or queso manchego along with some cured meats. Our final destination on this journey through Catalonia's vineyards is yet another charming family run vineyard specializing exclusively in aged cavas; even now they still use manual riddling techniques which are quite uncommon these days! To conclude your day here, enjoy one more glass courtesy of Marta – whose parents own the place – she herself being responsible for introducing each individual bottle within her collection explaining how its creation reflects not merely tradition but also generations worth of passion passed down throughout her lineage...
