La Casa del Prosciutto Alberti 1906 is a historic prosciutto factory and tavern in the heart of San Daniele del Friuli. For five generations we have been producing Prosciutto di San Daniele and offer our visitors guided tours, tastings and authentic experiences dedicated to local tradition.

Every day, our historic osteria opens its doors from 12:00 to 14:00 o'clock, offering you the chance to discover and savour our Prosciutto di San Daniele DOP and our handcrafted cured meats, accompanied by a selection of local cheeses and delicate side dishes, all served in an authentic setting
Guided tour + tasting
Every weekend we welcome visitors to our prosciutto factory with free guided tours that explore the production of Prosciutto di San Daniele, from the selection of the raw material to their long aging process. The experience ends at our historic tavern with a tasting of our products.
