We are a Sourdough Bagel Shop and Bakery. We use only unbleached unbromated flour and we have a three day process for our Sourdough Bagels to break down gluten making them gluten sensitive friendly. We have won Best of Connecticut all 3 years we have been open (2024, 2025, 2026).
