Gyrocopter Introductory Flight

A Gyrocopter Introductory Flight is a first-time flight experience where you fly with a qualified instructor to discover the unique world of gyrocopter flying. Before take-off, you’ll receive a short safety and aircraft briefing so you know exactly what to expect. Then you strap in and roll forward — gyrocopters need only a very short distance to get airborne. In the air, you’ll notice how stable and smooth the flight feels. Gyrocopters are designed to be naturally stable in pitch and roll, and they can fly very slowly without the risk of stalling or spinning. This allows for incredible views and a relaxed, confidence-inspiring flight. Your instructor does all the flying, but if you’re keen, you may get the opportunity to gently try the controls and feel how responsive the aircraft is. It’s an exciting, safe, and unforgettable experience — and for many people, the first step toward earning a Gyrocopter Pilot Licence.

A Microlight Introductory Flight is a first-time flying experience where you go up in a microlight aircraft with a qualified instructor to see what microlight flying is all about. Before take-off, you get a short briefing about the aircraft, safety, and what to expect. Then you strap in and within a few seconds you’re airborne. Microlights fly low and slow, giving you incredible views and a real sense of open, natural flight. During the flight, the instructor handles everything, but if you’re interested, you may even get the chance to gently try the controls. It’s safe, exciting, and designed to give you a true feel for flying. For many people, this flight is not just an experience — it’s the first step toward learning to fly.
