We offer an amazing surf experience, aimed at providing a quality service for all those who want to start surfing or simply enjoy a surf experience, as well as for those who have already begun practicing and wish to improve their technique. If you're a first-time surfer, come and discover the thrill of surfing by choosing our one-day surf initiation. We guarantee that you will be standing up on a board for your first lesson, always in a safe and fun way. If you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced surfer, during the surf lesson, we work towards making you a better surfer, helping you to improve your surf skills through an appropriate programme tailored to your current skill level within our surf lessons. Our teaching method involves students engaging with the environment, understanding various weather conditions, learning about tidal patterns, implementing safety measures, familiarising themselves with technical equipment, and mastering surfing techniques. The school is accredited by both the Portuguese Surfing Federation and the Portuguese Tourism Board, along with being approved by the local port authority. Our team consists of experienced instructors and lifeguards with numerous years of practical expertise and dedication to this thrilling sport. The school boasts state-of-the-art facilities including changing rooms and lockers situated right on the beach where fresh water showers are available after each session. Each three hour long session provides access to all necessary technical materials such as surfboard and wetsuits; comprehensive coverage under our liability policy; plus complimentary photography services unless there’s any malfunctioning of the photographic equipment due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control or unfavourable environmental factors.
