6 DAYS TANZANIA UNFORGETTABLE SAFARI {DAY BY DAY SAFARI PROGRAM} DAY 1: ARRIVE IN TANZANIA: Upon arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by us at the arrivals area holding a nameplate with your names displayed. We will organize a pick-up transfer from the airport to Arusha at Green Mountain Hotel to get ready for your safari adventure. We will assemble at the hotel for a pre-safari briefing and gear inspection. Overland Safaris will also verify that you possess adequate required health coverages and travel insurances. Dinner and overnight stay at Arusha Green Mountain Hotel: half board. DAY 2: GAME DRIVE IN TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK: Today, we drive to Tarangire National Park for exceptional game viewing opportunities. Tarangire is a smaller park but provides outstanding sightings. Typically during the dry season, Tarangire becomes vibrant as both animal life and birds flock to the Tarangire River, its only constant water supply. We will spend the evening at our beautiful lodge located just outside the park boundaries offering breathtaking vistas and a one-of-a-kind ambiance. Later in the day, after leaving the park briefly, we arrive at our exclusive tenting site. Dinner and overnight stay at Eileen's Inn Safari Lodge: full board. DAY 3: GAME DRIVE IN SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK: Our destination today is the vast expanse of Serengeti National Park. Along the way, we may stop off to explore the famous Olduvai Gorge. This deep gorge was where renowned archaeologists Louis and Mary Leakey discovered several significant prehistoric artifacts dating back to the 1950s.
