SIEM REAP 2NIGHTS/3DAYS
AP Holiday Tour · Siem Reap
DAY 1: ARRIVAL - SIEM REAP
Arrive at Siem Reap International Airport, welcomed by our tour guide and transferred to check into the hotel.
In the afternoon, visit CHHONG KNIES, one of the natural tourist attractions and a mangrove area home to hundreds of freshwater fish and bird species, adorned with ethnic stilted houses lining the water surface all the way up to the sky. The villages are predominantly Khmer and have around 3,000 inhabitants combined, most of whom live in stilted houses. The people rely heavily on fishing and tourism for their income. We board a traditional wooden boat through the flooded forests of THE GREAT TONLE SAP LAKE, a habitat for numerous bird species; this journey will take us to Chong Kneas. This remarkable floating village is built on stilts that rise 8 to 10 meters above the ground. We visit an island pagoda, a school, and traditional stilted houses to interact with the local families. Return to Siem Reap for refreshments.
Stay overnight in Siem Reap.
DAY 2: SIEM REAP - TEMPLE TOUR (B)

As the largest, best-preserved, and most religiously significant of the Angkor temples, Angkor Wat impresses visitors not only due to its immense size but also because of its beautifully proportioned layout and intricate craftsmanship. To reach the temple, first cross the expansive moat before proceeding along a wide causeway flanked by nagas carved onto balusters. Upon entering the main structure, climb the staircase leading upwards...
