This is an intensive 2-hour private somatic process where we work through the body, not through conversation. With movement, breath, sound, touch and conscious sexual energy, we enter the layers where your patterns, blocks and untold truths live. The session is intuitive and tailored to you — it can be confronting, emotional, liberating and deeply alive. The goal is not relaxation, but real inner shift you can feel immediately in your nervous system and your body.
I am a somatic dance therapist and group facilitator working internationally with radical body-based transformation. My work focuses on authenticity, shadow integration, emotional release and the awakening of life-force energy.
My approach combines dance therapy, trauma-informed somatic work and tantric principles. We don’t follow choreography — we follow what is real and present in you. This creates a fast, direct and deeply personal therapeutic experience beyond traditional talking therapy.
