We also provide the complete experience including shopping at our local market prior to the lesson. First, let's meet at Pencil & Fork (Calle Alfredo Vicenti 29) for some coffee. Then together with our expert chef, we head out to shop at the local market where we purchase the freshest produce needed for our culinary adventure - especially Galicia's famous seafood dishes! At Pencil & Fork they take care of purchasing all necessary items required for this cookery demonstration; afterwards we make our way back to their very own kitchen located only moments away from the bustling marketplace. There, it's time to get down to business as we prepare an amazing meal that includes several traditional Spanish tapas accompanied by either fine regional wines or beers – tea or coffee available too if preferred. This entire gastronomic journey takes place between 10h30am till approximately 1pm. So what do you say?... Shall I reserve your spot now?!
